We meet you and your child at Kapiti Boating Club on day 1 of the program. After a full safety briefing and a few nervous goodbyes, the kids head off across the Kapiti Marine reserve–ready for a new adventure.

The days are packed full of outdoors fun and fresh air. Swimming and exploring under the watchful eye of our team, discovering species they’ve never seen before, making new friends–there’s no time for TV out here (which is pretty lucky, because we don’t have one!)

Growing kids work up a big appetite, here more than ever, so our chefs are on hand for three hearty meals (and all-day fresh fruit snacks).

Nights bring on a whole new adventure, as our experienced facilitators guide the kids through stargazing and spotting all our nocturnal creatures.

By the time the kids get their feet back on the mainland at 3:00 pm on day 3, they’re usually buzzing–and exhausted.
